Who we are
PS Estates is a brand new collaboration between 2 former work colleagues who, after years of working together in the real estate business on the Costa Blanca, have decided to share our experiences both positive and not so positive, to create a new concept where customer service and customer satisfaction are paramount.
Our aim is to bring a new dimension where honesty and clarity are key. We have taken careful note of comments and recommendations from previous clients of their experiences whilst purchasing property overseas. Each part of the process, from the initial enquiry to well after taking over the property has been scrutinized and our business model is based on making the experience as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.

An important and exiting part of creating a home are the finishing touches. We can help you choose furnishings and extras with our wide network of suppliers who will provide you with ideas to suit any budget.
Once you have decided what you need we will take care of everything so that when you take over your new property, everything is in place. Your property will be handed over to you personally by us and we will explain how everything works and anything that you need to know.
Our selection of aftersales services are designed to help you take care of your property and give you peace of mind. You tell us what you would like and we will design an aftersales package to suit your needs.

Services offered include periodic inspection visits to your property, maintenance, pool cleaning, general cleaning, laundry service and pre booked taxis. Should you require a specific service that is not listed please do not hesitate to let us know and we will do our best to accomodate your needs.
